When It Gets Personal!
I found my love for health and fitness through my own personal weight loss frustration. I woke up one morning and decided to take back control of my life. I decided to hit the gym the very next day and never look back. After getting into the best shape I had ever been in, losing over 40 lbs, and completing a half marathon, I knew that I wanted to help others achieve their own health and fitness goals the way I did which was through a healthy diet and good old fashioned exercise. With over 2 years of experience in nutrition based weight loss, I can help you find a healthy balance that can work in your own life. Whether you want to lose weight, build muscle, participate in endurance events, or anything in between, I can help. My top priority is helping you reach your goals while we celebrate all your successes along the way.

Small But Mighty with a Heart

I started as a typical athlete in high school and then lost my motivation once I started college. Because of this, I gained the ‘famous freshmen’ fifty pounds.  I soon realized how far I had drifted from fitness, and decided to do something about it.  Paying attention to being healthy became extremely important to me.  I was slowly improving my health and people around me started to take notice.  My personal training career started because I was getting requests for me to help others.   I quickly received my Level One Crossfit certification, Mobility and Stretching certification, and my Eat to Perform Nutrition Level One and Level Two certifications.  I gained another 4 years of experience in coaching crossfit, conditioning, nutrition, and large group classes. My expertise has now brought me to Fit 2 Function as a Personal Trainer and Group Trainer.  One of my favorite groups of people to work with are adaptive athletes and I have two years of experience as a job coach helping autistic clients.  Now I am able to take that experience and mold them into athletes and it’s an amazing feeling.  Contact me today for my current specials.
