Personal training is truly an investment in one’s own health and well-being. Fit 2 Function wants to help you reach your goals by tailoring a fitness program specific to your needs. Adam works with people of any age and ability and each client is given a free initial consultation and fitness screening. This assessment provides the information necessary to customize a plan of action for maximum results.

Small Group Training

Small group training is a cost-effective way for you to experience the benefits of working with a personal trainer. You can train with a partner, as a couple, or with a group of friends while still focusing on individual needs. When you start exercising in a group, you can help hold each other accountable and when done right, the exercise program with friends can definitely be fun.


This yoga class is designed to help you recover your sore muscles while also toning the full body. We focus on the breath that goes into each movement, incorporate core and strength movements, and work on balance. This class will also help increase flexibility, strength, and stamina and help reduce the risk of injury during other physical activities.

Online Training

The benefit of online training is that you can choose the best time to complete your workouts and do these workouts at home using the equipment you have available. Online training offers great motivation because Adam is always just an email or a text away for support and will regularly check in with you to make sure you are working towards your goals. There are several online programs available depending on your individualized fitness and health goals.
